The central application week for school year 2025-2026 is now over. All pupils from the Eindhoven Kempenland region have been allocated through LDOS.
Pupils from outside the region had the opportunity to apply directly to our school.
On Monday 12 May 2025, all allocated pupils will receive the final admission decision.
This will contain information on whether you have been finally admitted, at which level and in which class, and we will invite you to the introductory afternoon on Wednesday 18 June 2025

The central application week for the Netherlands is from Tuesday 25 March 2025 to Monday 31 March 2025. You no longer need to come to our school for your application, as the application process takes place online via LDOS (www.ldos.nl). LDOS is the digital central registration system of the Eindhoven-Kempenland partnership.
In here, you and your parents/carers can log in with the login details you will receive from the primary school. After logging in, you can indicate your preferred three secondary schools. You place the three schools in order of preference. You can only select the schools and types of classes that match your school recommendation. For each school, enter which type of class you would like to attend. It is possible to put a school twice on your list, with another type of class (matching your school recommendation). The preference list therefore contains at least three to a maximum of six preferences (three schools with two class types each).
We do not apply priority rules. If you place our school at number 1, you are in principle guaranteed a place, provided that:
The application procedure for De Campus is largely the same as for the other programmes, the difference being that for this programme you do need to come to our school to apply on Tuesday 25 March 2025 between 17:30-21:00 and we will ask you for a motivation presentation.
Also to apply for De Campus you will need to log in to the parent portal online via LDOS (www.ldos.nl), in this you and your parents/carers can log in with the login details you are going to receive from the primary school. LDOS is the digital central registration system of the partnership Eindhoven-Kempenland. After logging in, you can indicate which three secondary schools you prefer. You place the three schools in order of preference. If you choose to put our school with De Campus in first place, you will in principle always be admitted. If De Campus does not seem to be suitable for you or there is not enough room at this programme, you can always be placed in another department of our school at the Henegouwenlaan or Oude Bossche Baan locations. We will then consult with you and your parent(s)/carer(s) to see what best suits your level.

Allocation/ provisional placement via LDOS
On Thursday, April 3, 2025, you will be able to see which school you have been definitively allocated to (also known as provisional placement) through the parent portal in LDOS from 4 p.m. You will also receive a confirmation email from the school to which you have been allocated. To complete your application to our school, we ask you to complete our school application form. This form must be digitally completed and signed via our website no later than Friday, April 11, 2025.
Click here to go to the school-specific application form.
If you and your parents/guardians still decide to attend another school outside the region after the allocation, please contact the school of allocation.
Final admission decision
After the provisional allocation, all pupils who have applied to us are discussed by the members of the admissions committee. They decide at which level and in which class a pupil will be placed; the advice of the primary school is leading in this. The advice as included in the educational report and the information resulting from the warm transfer between the primary school teacher and the admissions committee lead to a final admission decision.
Final admission
The final admission decision will be sent to you by us on Monday 12 May 2025. Your primary school will also be notified of this. When you have been finally admitted, we will ask your parents/guardians to return the reply form to us. On this they declare that they accept the admission. This confirmation must reach us by Wednesday 21 May 2025. The letter also states what you can do if you disagree with the admission committee’s decision.
Preferred
On the reply form, you can mention who you would like to join the class with. We will try to take your wishes into account. If possible, your place of residence will also be taken into account in connection with cycling to school together.
Introduction
You will receive a letter in June telling you which class you have been placed in.
On Wednesday 18 June 2025 is your introductory afternoon where you will meet your learning coach, the mini learning coaches and your classmates. During this afternoon, you will also receive information about the new school year, which will start on Monday 18 August 2025.

Extra support
Our school offers many opportunities for pupils who need extra support. We engage – together with the pupil, parents/carer, the primary school and, if necessary, the relevant care services – in a dialogue to see what is best for the pupil. When a pupil comes to our school and needs extra support, we like to hear about it in good time. Early on, we can then make a personalised plan. For more information and consultation or to make an appointment about this, please contact our support team via email.
