Our school has the following procedures if you wish to transfer from your current VO-school, to a program within our school:
Application week for higher grades from Antoon Schellens, Helder, EOA or Global College
If you would like to transfer from one of the following schools in the coming school year, you can apply on 25, 26 or 27 March 2024 (at the same time as the application for the first-year students). More information about this week you can find at this page.
If you want to enrol in the coming school year from a school other than the above, you can apply during the application days on Wednesday 22 or Thursday 23 May 2024.
On Wednesday, May 15, we will host another tour for students who wish to move up to a higher grade. The start times are at 15:00 and 16:00. If you would like to participate, you may send an e-mail to Mr. Neutkens.
If you cannot be present during the application days, please prepare an e-mail together with your parent(s)/carer(s), briefly explaining why you want to transfer and which course you wish to attend. You can send this e-mail to: hgl-aanmelden-instromers@stedelijkcollege.nl. We will contact you within a week.
We would like to ask you to download this application form for higher years, fill it in and bring it with you during your personal meeting. If you do not come along, you may of course also mail it to us or send it to us by post.
Your application will be considered by our school’s admissions committee. Within six weeks (by 3 July at the latest), the admissions committee will send you a written notification stating whether you can be placed at our school. This is based on the number of places we have available for pupils entering a higher year.

Good to know
When you have applied for a programme in one of the higher grades, Stedelijk College Eindhoven will request a number of details from your current school, including study results and advice.
The admissions committee can only process your application once we have all the information from your current school.
Admission always concerns a provisional placement in the desired year of a particular department. When you have received the final report from your current school, your parent(s)/carer(s) should immediately send it to our student administration. After this, depending on this report, admission will only become final.
Please note!!!
A pupil will never be placed in a different grade of a department than the one he has been promoted to at his current school. Placement in a grade already taken at another school is also not possible.
Important information after final placement
After final placement, you will be sent a letter containing information about the 2024-2025 school year.
