If you are ill, your parents/guardians must inform the school by telephone before 08.30 in the morning. This also applies to other unforeseen absenteeism from school.
If you become ill during class, or for other reasons cannot continue with class, you must first report to the student affairs coordinator and ask if you can go home. The coordinator may contact your parents/guardians about this.
As soon as you return to school, you can hand in a note signed by your parents/guardians to the student affairs coordinator stating the duration and reason of the absence, your name and class. The note must be placed in the letterbox at the main entrance.
If you arrive late to class, the teacher will report this in the absentee system. You must then report to the concierge before 07:45 the next day. If you are more than ten minutes late that morning, you must report to the student affairs coordinator that same day.
For school absenteeism that is foreseeable, your parents/guardians must request leave in good time from the team leader or student affairs coordinator.
For holiday leave or leave due to serious circumstances for more than one day, your parents/guardians must use special application forms, which they can find on the parent portal. The location director decides whether or not to grant this type of leave.
