Personal attention and support
At Stedelijk College Eindhoven, we look beyond grades. We care about your wellbeing and want to make sure you feel happy, supported and confident at school. We believe that every student deserves the opportunity to grow, develop and succeed. Together, we look at what is going well and identify any areas where you may benefit from additional support.
Support that meets your needs
Sometimes you may need a little extra help during your school career. Through our Student Support Team, a range of specialists work together with you, your parents or carers and your learning coach to determine the support that best meets your needs. This may include support with dyslexia, ADHD, autism, concentration difficulties, exam stress and confidence, mental wellbeing, physical disabilities or challenging situations at home.
Additional support and guidance
If you would benefit from extra support, there are several options available. You can take part in programmes that help you develop study skills, improve your planning and organisation, or build confidence in challenging situations. You can also access homework support or receive extra help from older students. This gives you additional guidance with subjects you find difficult, support with planning your work and help developing effective study habits.
A place to take a moment
Sometimes it helps to take a step back and reset. That is why we offer facilities such as a time-out pass and our Intermezzo Room. These provide a quiet space where you can work independently, regain your focus or take a moment for yourself before returning to lessons. In this way, we ensure that every student receives the support they need to feel confident, successful and happy at school.
