Testweeks and project days
At our school, we have test weeks four times a year, followed by project days. During the test weeks, you take important tests for various subjects. Immediately afterwards, during the project days, you work on a larger project, sometimes individually and sometimes together with others.
You will always be informed in advance which tests you will be taking and what you need to learn or prepare, so that you know exactly what is expected of you. During the project days, you will work on an assignment that relates to one or more subjects.
Outside of the test weeks, you will of course also take other types of tests, such as written tests, practical assignments or oral presentations. All these tests help us to see how you are developing, what you are good at and where you might need some extra help.
Guidelines and rules regarding exam weeks
To ensure that all exams run smoothly and calmly, there are a few important rules you need to take into account. Read them carefully so that you are well prepared.
Coats and bags
Store your coat and bag in your locker before the exam. If you do bring them to the classroom, they must be placed in the corridor. Please note: items left in the corridor are at your own risk.
Writing materials
You may only bring writing materials in a completely transparent pencil case or a transparent plastic bag.
Chromebook
Are you taking a test on a laptop? Then these rules apply:
– Bring your own Chromebook.
– Don’t have your own Chromebook? Then you can borrow one from the media library. Make sure your Chromebook is fully charged at the start of the test.
Be on time
Make sure you arrive at the correct classroom on time. We expect you to be present at least 5 minutes before the start of the test.
